R J Venkatramanan, Heading Manufacturing and Operations of Forus Health, India, Bangalore, is a part of the core team created Ophthalmology imaging product. Forus Health, a technology company, with its products touched more than 2 million lives across 25 countries with a mission to eradicate preventable blindness.

An Electronics and Communication Engineering Graduate from university of Madras with post graduate qualification in business administration. Having expertise in heading New product conceptualization, Product planning & execution throughout the product lifecycle, manufacturing, vendor development and product launch.

Has senior Management experience with Technology and Business focus, Experienced in leading multiple roles of Product Development / Business Development/ Project management / Product Engineering Delivery and Operation Management. Experienced in leading development teams, project co-ordination and ability to build, train and lead highly efficient cross functional teams.

At Forus health he was instrumental in setting up the Forus manufacturing operation and building a team with GMP standard to qualify CE and FDA compliance.
