Certified Motion Control Professional-BASIC Courses


A3's Certified Motion Control Professional (CMCP) program helps you and your team strengthen your motion control knowledge. Register for online training and your virtual certification exam below.

To register, you first have to Sign In at right (or create an account and sign in).

Members of A3 receive the discounted member rates and they will be automatically applied after you sign in.

You have three options for accessing the online Certified Motion Control Professional-Basic training:

  1. Register to take all seven courses in the Full Basic Program. You can access the courses anytime and start and stop as needed. You will have 90 days to complete the courses.

  2. Register for any number of individual Basic courses. Pick and choose just the courses you need. You will have 30 days to complete each of your selected courses.

  3. Register for a company-wide license. This subscription allows your entire team access all seven courses for a full six months.

You can also register now to take the Certified Motion Control Professional-Basic Exam when you’ve finished the training. This test is currently proctored virtually. With a passing grade, you earn your Certified Motion Control Basic level designation, good for five years. You’ll receive a certificate and get posted on our Meet the Certified Professionals page. Your exam fee includes one free retake exam (if it is needed). The exam can be scheduled when convenient for you, there is no limitation to the time frame.
