To protect the health and safety of all participants, attendees of the A3 Business Forum must submit proof of a negative viral test for COVID-19 before they are permitted entrance to the event. The viral test must have been completed within three days preceding the commencement of the event. If attendees prefer, they may submit proof of full vaccination in lieu of testing. Proof of a negative Covid-19 test or proof of full vaccination (booster vaccines are NOT required) must be uploaded in advance via a secure platform.
Additionally, masks will be required at all Forum activities (except while actively eating or drinking, golfing or participating in the wellness walk/run event).
Optional - thanks to the support of 3M, we will be providing 3M 9205+, NIOSH approved N95 disposable masks for those who want them. We expect to have enough masks so that everyone can use a new one each day.
