Become an exhibitor and engage with our high-quality attendees who have paid to attend the conference and are motivated users, buyers, and integrators of automation.
We’ll heavily promote our exhibitors before, during and after the conference.
Our exhibit set up is table-tops in an approximate 10x10 space. You’ll get a draped table, chairs, and a basic electrical outlet.
Exhibit includes one conference access pass and two exhibitor badges (no access to conference sessions, provides access to meal functions). Additional conference passes and exhibitor badges may be purchased.
The table-top exhibit fee is:

$2,795.00 USD for Non-member Companies

Cancellation Policy
Exhibitors may cancel until September 24, 2021 with a full refund of space cost. No refund for cancellations after this date. Note: if the event organizer, A3, postpones or cancels the event due to COVID-19, you will be offered a transfer to new dates or a full refund.
