Biography
Kevin Reno is the Sales Director Americas at Valens Semiconductor and is based in the US. Valens are the leaders in offering HDBaseT integrated circuits which enables uncompressed 4K HD video, audio, control, Ethernet, USB and power to all be distributed simultaneously over economical Cat5e/6 cable at distances of 100m/300ft. HDBaseT is already used heavily and standardized in the Professional AV market and enables cost effective HD video distribution for other applications including Machine Vision.
Kevin has worked for Valens for 3 years and in the semiconductor industry for 30 years in various roles - sales, marketing & design. Kevin has a BSEE degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Kevin enjoys living now in Florida with his wife, 2 chocolate labs and 2 Bengal cats. Kevin's favorite activities outside of work are golf, biking, cooking and attending NASCAR races.
