Cancellation Policy

Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time. Paid registrants can cancel until Tuesday, July 30, 2026 without charge. After that date, a $200 cancellation fee applies. No refund will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
