Cancellation Policy
Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time. Paid registrants can cancel until Tuesday, September 23, 2025 without charge. After that date, a $200 cancellation fee applies. No refund will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
