Exhibitors can cancel until August 6, 2024, for a full refund. Any cancellations after this date are not subject to a refund of cost.
Exhibitor Badges:
Two badges are included with your tabletop. One Exhibitor Conference Badge and One Exhibitor Badge (no access to conference). Additional exhibitor badges are $450 each for A3 members and $550 each for non-members (includes meal functions). Additional Exhibitor Conference Badges are $595 each for A3 members and $695 each for non-members (includes all conference sessions and meal functions).
