Cancellation Policy

Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time. Paid registrants can cancel until Tuesday, September 21, 2027, without charge. After September 21, 2027, a $200 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday, October 5, 2027.

 

Group Discounts
If a company wants to register 5 or more people, they will receive a 10% discount on each registration.  They will need to email events@automate.org to have the registrations processed and discount applied.  No retroactive discounts will be offered; all groups must register together.
