The tabletop exhibition of the Canadian Machine Vision Conference is a one day event on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC, Canada.

Each company is limited to one tabletop reservation. A tabletop reservation includes conference admittance and meals for one employee. Additional employees you wish to bring may be registered for the current conference rate using this link. All invoices for tabletop exhibit space must be paid in full prior to the start of the workshop. You must be an AIA member in good standing (with dues paid) at the time of the workshop to receive AIA member rates.

NOTE: While the conference and tabletop exhibition is on Thursday, October 20, AIA is also offering its CVP Basic courses and both (Basic and Advanced) exams on October 18 & 19 prior to the event. If you wish to register for the courses or either exam, follow this link.

MEALS
Exhibitors will be provided with three meals on October 20th – Breakfast, Lunch, and the Networking Reception (finger food - hors d’oeuvres).

EXHIBIT SCHEDULE
1)  Exhibit Setup:                  Thursday, October 20, 6:00 am – 8:00 am 
2)  Exhibit Dismantle:            Thursday, October 20, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

ITEMS PROVIDED TO TABLETOP EXHIBITORS
1)  One skirted table measuring approximately 3 ft (W) x 6 ft (L) + access to a power outlet
2)  Listing on AIA’s website
3)  Branding in certain AIA pre-show marketing emails
4)  Personalized badges for your exhibiting personnel
