Cancellation Policy
Paid registrants may cancel until Tuesday, October 16, 2018 without charge. After that date, a $100 cancellation fee applied. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, November 19, 2018. Attendance substitutions are permitted at any time without penalty.
