Cancellation Policy

Attendance substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time. Paid registrants can cancel until Tuesday, June 17, 2025 without charge. After that date, a $200 cancellation fee applies until July 8, 2025. No refund will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
